Introduced to the American Colonies in the 18th century, these jars were originally containers for storing leaf tobacco. Delft continues to make these tobacco jars as they did for the colonists. Each is fired according to 17th century tradition and handpainted. Solid brass tops. Currently available with the Virginia only. Blue or multicolor. Specify color. Boxed.
